Spend 10 minutes journaling in response to the following question. Post your response on the discussion board at Blackboard, using the Topic "Meaningful Learning Experiences."

"What is the most meaningful learning experience you have ever had? What made the experience meaningful? What did you learn? How did the experience differ from experiences you would consider routine or insignificant?"

Read at least one other students' experience. After you have finished reading experiences, make a list of 10 or more "qualities of meaningful learning experiences." Post your list to the discussion board. message forum under "Meaningful Learning Qualities."

Be prepared to discuss the items on your list with the whole class.
