Using INSPIRATION software, create a idea map with the phrase "empowerment of learners" at the center. Include at least 20 bubbles, but more if you think of them. This should take about 20 minutes.

NOTE: This may be easier if you use the "Rapid Fire" mode. Ask the instructor if you don't know how to use that.

Save your concept map as a JPG and send it as an attachment to the course listserv. Be prepared to discuss the elements of your idea map with the class.
